NOTE: peekBI2 is an internal tool called by the BI2 scripts. Developers do not have to use this tool explicitly.
peekBI2 shows the value set to the offset specified in BI2.
mpeekBI2.exe also exists as peekBI2D.exe in this program. There is no difference in how the two behave. peekBI2D.exe remains in order to maintain compatibility with past systems.
