Synchronously checks the Memory Card for file system consistency and repairs it if possible.
This function may put the current thread to sleep. For precautions when calling similar functions, refer to Interrupts and Callback Functions.
Note: The CARDCheck function can take milliseconds in CPU processing time and must not be called when the interrupt is prohibited.
