Description

This program demonstrates the AX Dolby Pro Logic II encoder and various AUX effects.

Applications can play one of several sound effects while applying an AUX effect. The AX compressor can also be toggled on and off. You may also pan sounds manually, or pan them to fixed locations.

Operation Method

In the "AX DPL2-Reverb Test" window:

• Use the +Control Pad or Control Stick to move the menu selection up and down.
• Use the A Button to select and toggle a menu item.
• Use the C Stick to pan the sound manually.

The Sound option will cycle through various sound effects which loop continually.

The AuxA option cycles through the chorus, delay, standard-quality reverb, high-quality reverb, and DPL2-enhanced reverb.

The Position option allows the user to pan the sound manually (using the C stick) or through six hardcoded locations.

• L - Left channel
• C - Center channel
• R - Right channel
• Ls - Left surround channel
• Rs - Right surround channel
• Bs - Center rear position

The Compress option toggles the AX compressor on and off.
