in	position	Specifies the position by which to change the write position.
in	base	Specifies the base from which to change the write position.

None.

Changes the write position in a file.

Sets the write position to position, relative to base.

This function does not return processing results and it is therefore impossible to handle errors. In general, use TrySeek.
