in	pathName	The file path to open (ASCII characters only)

A constructor that opens the specified file.

The file at the specified path is opened read-only and made readable.
Note: This function uses a large amount of buffer space on the stack because it converts the path name from a multibyte character string into a wide character string. Pay careful attention to the stack size.

This function does not return processing results and it is therefore impossible to handle errors. In general, use TryInitialize.
