Enables the offset of the accelerometer.

When offset is enabled, the offset values set by the SetOffset function and the SetOffsetFromBaseStatus function are subtracted from the sampling data.

When both Offset and Axial rotation are enabled, the offset transform is performed before the rotational transform.

This is enabled as the default.
