nn::fs::FileStream::Initialize Member Function

Syntax

void Initialize(
     const char * pathName,
     bit32 openMode
);

Arguments

Name Description
in pathName Path of the file to open.
in openMode Mode in which to open the file.

Return Values

None.

Description

Opens the specified file.

The file at the specified path is opened in the specified OpenMode. If no file exists at the specified path, this function creates a file and opens it in write-only mode. You cannot call this function if this object already has a file open.
Note: This function uses a large amount of buffer space on the stack because it converts the path name from a multibyte-character string into a wide-character string. Pay careful attention to the stack size.
