Description of Initialize ( const wchar_t *, bool )

Description of Initialize ( const char *, bool )

The file at the specified path is opened write-only and becomes writable. A file is created and opened write-only if it does not exist at the specified path and the createIfNotExist argument has been set to TRUE. You cannot call this function if this object already has a file open.
Note: This function uses a large amount of buffer space on the stack because it converts the path name from a multibyte character string into a wide character string. Pay careful attention to the stack size.
