    - (FS) Fixed compatibility issue with SD Cards

      Fixed a compatibility issue that existed for certain SD Cards.


    - (OS) Changed OS_ResetSystem function process

      In the OS_ResetSystem function, all interrupt flags were cleared when a reset occurred. However, this function was changed so that only the PXI interrupt (OS_IE_FIFO_RECV) is not cleared, because the ARM7’s wait process for PXI did not always finish before a reset.
