    - (TP) Fixed the bug where pen-up was not recognized correctly

      When the touch panel was used in CODEC-TWL mode, sometimes pen-up was not recognized correctly due to individual variances. As a result, invalid coordinate data would be acquired when the pen-up occurred.
      The CODEC parameters were adjusted to fix this problem.
