Wii Balance Board Accessory Sample Demos

Location

$REVOLUTION_SDK_ROOT/build/demos/wpadHealthdemo

Compilation

Change directories to $REVOLUTION_SDK_ROOT/build/demos/wpadHealthdemo and enter make. An executable file (.elf file) will be generated within the path $REVOLUTION_SDK_ROOT/RVL/bin/demos/wpadHealthdemo/.

Running the Demos

Move to the $REVOLUTION_SDK_ROOT/RVL/bin/demos/wpadHealthdemo/ directory and perform the following steps.

To simply execute a program, run the ndrun script using the .elf file as the argument
To debug using CodeWarrior, do one of the following:

Execute $CWFOLDER/bin/IDE.exe with the .elf file as an argument
Launch $CWFOLDER/bin/IDE.exe, then drag and drop the .elf file
If the .elf file is associated with $CWFOLDER/bin/IDE.exe, double-click the .elf file

Demo description:
This demo concerns the processing and use of commands when a Wii Balance Board accessory is connected.
The value of each sensor in the Wii Balance Board accessory's four corners, remaining battery life, and temperature will be displayed on screen when a Wii Balance Board accessory is connected.

Description of Operations:

A Button	: Turn on power to the Wii Balance Board accessory
B Button	: Turn off power to the Wii Balance Board accessory
X Button	: Get the first block of calibration values for the Wii Balance Board accessory
Y Button	: Get the second block of calibration values for the Wii Balance Board accessory
Z Button	: Update the temperature value for the Wii Balance Board accessory
