Returns TRUE if the user chooses to restrict Use of Wii Points and certain credit card purchases, a Parental Controls option in the Wii Menu. Otherwise returns FALSE.

Description

Gets the setting for the Parental Controls option Use of Wii Points and certain credit card purchases in the Wii menu. This option can be used to restrict the use of Wii Points and certain credit card purchases, excluding the purchase of points from the Wii Shop Channel and orders from the Internet Channel.
