Initialization

SCInit Initializes the SC library.

Management

`SCCheckStatus`	Checks the status and result of background processing.
`SCFlush*`	Reflects console settings in internal flash memory.

Console Settings

`SCGetAspectRatio`	References the aspect ratio setting.
`SCGetEuRgb60Mode`	Accesses EURGB60 mode settings.
`SCGetLanguage`	References the language setting.
`SCGetProgressiveMode`	References the progressive mode setting.
`SCGetSoundMode`	References the sound mode setting.
`SCCheckPCMessageRestriction`	Checks whether online user-to-user communication is restricted with Parental Controls.
`SCCheckPCPassword`	Checks that the string specified as an argument matches the password for the Wii Menu's Parental Controls.
