Initialization

SCInit Initializes the SC library.

Management

`SCCheckStatus`	Checks the status and result of background processing.
`SCFlush*`	Console settings are reflected in internal flash memory.

`SCGetEuRgb60Mode`	Accesses EURGB60 mode settings.
