Description

Sets whether to loosen restrictions on some function parameters for debugging.
The affected functions are as follows:

Update Check Interval
This will be able to be set to a minimum of 1 minute.
URL
URLs normally starting with http:// will be able to be specified.

Do not incorporate this into the retail version.

Arguments

enable Loosen parameter restrictions.
