• Microsoft .NET framework 4.0 Full

• Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable package (x86)

3DEditor will not operate normally if the following are not installed: Microsoft's .NET Framework 4.0 Full version and Visual C++ 2010 redistributable package (x86),
