Note 19-P01: "For LayoutEditor" is no longer forcibly set to ON

In the Save TGA dialog, the For LayoutEditor check box was selected by force for textures that were not the optimal size and for cube-map textures. That has been changed and now you can select or clear the setting.

The state of the For LayoutEditor check box in the Save TGA dialog now can be saved to and loaded from the registry.

Note 19-P03: Added ability to cach ETC1 compression data

By selecting the ETC1 compression format in the Save TGA and Save CTEX dialogs, all data are cached once they have been encoded.

Note 19-P04: Added maximum number of mipmaps (ALL (ETC1)) when using ETC1 compression.

In the Mipmap Creation plug-in, if ETC1 compression is selected the maximum number of mipmaps ALL(ETC1) are added to the list.

When layers were not combined the process did not run. That has been changed so the process can run on selected layers.

If RGB and alpha channels were not all selected, the multiplication with the alpha channel would not be performed. That problem has been fixed.

When the settings were saved, an extension would not be added to the filename. That has been fixed, and now the .xml extension is added.

Note 15-P01: ETC1 can now be selected for NW4C_Tga

When creating an 8x8 pixel size mipmap it was not possible to select ETC1 in the NW4C_Tga Format Option screen. This has been changed, and now a message dialog is displayed when an attempt is made to save so ETC1 can be selected.
