nn::math::QUATExp Function

Syntax

NN_MATH_INLINE QUAT * QUATExp(
     QUAT * pOut,
     const QUAT *__restrict q
);

Arguments

Name Description
out pOut Pointer to the buffer that receives the result of the calculation. It is not a problem if this points to the same quaternion as q.
in q Pointer to the quaternion to use as the exponent. It must be a pure imaginary quaternion for which w=0.

Return Values

Returns pOut.

Description

Calculates the base of the natural logarithm (the constant e) raised to the power of a quaternion.
