	createIfNotExist

Opens the specified file.

The file at the specified path is opened write-only and made writable. A file is created and opened write-only if it does not exist at the specified path and the createIfNotExist argument has been set to TRUE. This function returns any error that occurs while it is opening the file.
Note: This function uses a large amount of buffer space on the stack because it converts the path name from a multibyte character string into a wide character string. Pay careful attention to the stack size.

For expanded save data, you must explicitly create a file with nn::fs::TryCreateFile before calling this function.
