PV EnableLinearFilter Specifies whether linear interpolation of textures is performed while characters are drawn.

PV IsLinearFilterEnableAtLarge Gets whether linear interpolation is used when large characters are displayed.
PV GetTextureWrapFilterValue Gets texture wrapping and filter settings.
