nn::camera::CTR::SetExposure Function

Syntax

nn::Result SetExposure(
CameraSelect select,
s8 exposure
);

Arguments

Name Description
in select Specifies which camera to change settings for.
in exposure Specifies the exposure amount. Specifiable values lie in the range [-5, +5].

Return Values

Returns the function's execution result. Returns one of the Result values listed below.
Value Description
ResultSuccess Process was successful.
ResultIsSleeping Unusable because the system is closed.
ResultFatalError There may be something physically wrong with the camera.

Description

Sets the exposure.

Note: If you have previously disabled auto-exposure with the SetAutoExposure function, calling this function will set the exposure and re-enable auto-exposure.

The default value is 0 for all cameras.

Note that this function may block for an extended period if a camera is restarting.
