Checks if new NS content has been downloaded. However, the new arrival flag does not change if it is not set by the downloaded NS data. If you are not sharing storage, you can use the GetNewDataNsDataIdList function to get a list of NS data. If you are sharing storage, you can use the GetOwnNewDataNsDataIdList function to get a list of NS data for only your application. The new arrival flag is cleared when you get these lists.
