Generates vertex buffer objects.
Set n the number of objects to generate. Set buffers to the array in which to store the generated objects.
When a vertex buffer object is generated, it is not yet decided whether it will be used as a vertex buffer or as a vertex state collection. It can be used for any of these.
This function generates the following errors.
